Accessibility statement

GERMÁN PERAIRE VIVAS is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continuously improving the user experience for everyone and trying to apply the most relevant accessibility standards. We also make this commitment in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, regarding the accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices.

Compliance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. These guidelines define three levels of compliance: Level A, Level AA and Level AAA. The website is partially compliant with Level AA of WCAG 2.1. This means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standards.

Accessibility features

  • Pages are structured with semantic elements such as header, navigation, main content and footer, which can help you move more quickly between different elements.
  • Level 1 titles mark the main content area of each page and from here the structure of each page should follow a logical order of titles.
  • Each page of this website has “skip to content” and “skip to menu” links at the top and a “back to top” link at the bottom.
  • Images are described with text equivalents (ALT) to ensure that everyone can access the graphic content.
  • The page can be enlarged up to 300% without any problem.
  • The colors of this website have been chosen for each page to ensure sufficient color contrast.
  • All components of this website are accessible by mouse, keyboard or touch.
  • To ensure that the website can be used with keyboards, we have added focus styles to images, links, forms and other elements.
  • This website has been tested with modern and legacy browsers and devices, as well as accessibility evaluation tools such as WAVE, Accessibility Insights, and ChromeVox screen reader.
